At Diaper Smasher, we stand behind our product 100%. We built it to make diaper duty cleaner, easier, and way less gross—and we expect every unit to show up ready to do exactly that.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your Diaper Smasher arrives with any manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we’ve got you covered.

Simply reach out to our support team within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll be more than happy to:

• Replace your Diaper Smasher at no cost, or

• Make it right in the fastest, simplest way possible

Our goal is for you to love your Diaper Smasher—and if something’s off, we’ll fix it. No hoops. No hassle.

Because of the hygienic nature of this product, we do not accept returns. Once a Diaper Smasher has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless it is defective or damaged upon arrival.

That said, if there’s ever a legitimate issue with the product itself, we won’t hide behind policy—we’ll take care of you.
